We are a small unit consisting of three procurement officers, one procurement assistant, one municipal lawyer, and one operational manager in procurement and law at 50%. We have a trust-based, unpretentious, and service-oriented working approach. In the unit, we support each other, share opinions, and dare to try new things.

We serve the entire municipal group with procurements and legal support.

We are now looking for an experienced procurement officer

You will focus on procurement of construction and consulting services, but the role also includes conducting other procurements as we work broadly and help each other.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will lead the entire procurement process from incoming needs, procurement documents, advertising, and contract follow-up.

The position will focus on working with municipal companies on construction and consulting procurements according to the AMA structure. Many of the procurements will be call-offs in our dynamic purchasing systems. The role also includes conducting other procurements across the entire municipal group and various categories.

QUALIFICATIONS

A prerequisite for the position is:

• Good knowledge of the AMA structure and experience working independently with construction procurements
• A results-oriented working approach
• Interest in developing new solutions, e.g., AI
• Direct and open communication both between colleagues and with clients and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary education such as vocational training or academic degree
• Several years of experience working as a procurement officer and leading the entire procurement process, from incoming needs, procurement documents, advertising, and contract follow-up.
• Experience in establishing and calling off in dynamic purchasing systems
• Several years of experience procuring construction and consulting services according to the AMA structure
