About the role

As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in our client's projects, responsible for financial monitoring, analysis, and project support. You will work closely with project managers, the finance team, and clients – both internally and externally – contributing to ensuring good financial governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Office: Solna, with the possibility of remote work up to 50%. Assignment: Start is immediate and the assignment initially runs until 2026-02-27.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring planned costs and revenues in projects
• Managing changes such as claims and changes in project scope
• Participating in project reviews
• Engaging in the sales process for larger projects
• Establishing and maintaining projects in SAP: registration, closure, calculations, invoicing, workflow management
• Collaboration with project managers, clients, and the finance department

Qualifications

• Education in finance or a similar field
• Previous experience in a similar role as a project controller
• Good knowledge of SAP and experience working in a project environment
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
