The Role

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will become an important part of an energetic, international team. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and build long-term relationships with clients, primarily within the IT & Tech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales process: prospecting, needs analysis, pitch & closing
  • Nurture and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously stay updated on industry and market trends

Daily Activities:

  • Cold calling & LinkedIn outreach to build pipeline
  • Virtual meetings and presentations
  • Negotiating contracts and managing customer expectations
  • Close collaboration with Customer Success & operations

Requirements

Must Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (full sales cycle)
  • Proven success in target and results-driven environments
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Preferred:

  • Sales KPIs (e.g., calls/day, meetings/week, average deal size, length of sales cycle)
  • Experience from fast-paced organizations, preferably within IT & Tech
