About the Position This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Kebomed. 

Job Responsibilities

In the role of back office employee, you will be part of a team of three. In your daily work, you will be responsible for the customer service function, where you will handle incoming inquiries via email and phone. Additionally, you will support the salespeople and product specialists in the Swedish market through order reception, order placement, and other administration. Other administrative tasks include, for example, follow-up on invoices, handling complaints, and administration of incoming and outgoing deliveries for specific fairs and exhibitions. Furthermore, you will have ongoing contact with international support functions within the company, such as finance and IT departments, as well as the main warehouse in Denmark. You will communicate partially in English in your daily work. Your administrative work will be performed in the business system Microsoft Dynamics AX.

• Handle incoming customer service inquiries via email and phone
• Administrative responsibility related to order management, finance, and deliveries, etc.
• Support the product specialists in the Swedish market with other administrative matters

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Several years of experience in similar work within customer service or administration
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written 
• Good computer and system skills
• Previous experience in the medical technology industry is an advantage
• Some experience in public procurement, quality, and environmental work is an advantage
• Relevant post-secondary education is an advantage
