We are now looking for part-time substitutes at Ekbacken. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.   As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together. 

Ekbacken

In the new residential area Noret Norra, where Mora municipality will invest in sustainable houses, Ekbacken is a dementia care facility with 32 apartments. The apartments are spacious with a kitchenette (fridge and freezer) and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The building is bright, and all apartments are located on the ground floor, distributed across four living units. 

The residence has common areas for social interaction.

Around the building, there are walking paths and a park-like garden has been created with plantings and bushes. All units have their own outdoor terrace with large planting boxes, and at the back, we can gather on the common terrace and enjoy both forest and water.

Ekbacken has wireless internet, and each apartment is prepared for a network. The residence is keyless through a modern lock and alarm system.

• Group leaders: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations. It can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.     Your experience and knowledge  We guess that you who are applying to us:  - are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support but also a talent for meeting people in different situations.   - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility.   - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.    We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience in elderly care.   Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important.
