We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a woman in her 30s living just outside Kristianstad. She has a functional variation and needs support to live an independent, fulfilling, and meaningful life.

As an assistant, you are an invaluable part of her daily life. Your tasks vary – from personal care and household chores to being a safe and present companion during social activities and outings.

You are not just practical support – you contribute to her freedom, security, and quality of life.

The position is initially based on hourly employment but has great potential to develop into a part-time position of about 75%, including days, evenings, nights with on-call duty, and weekends.

Who are you?

• You are a woman with great empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards life.
• You have a genuine interest in assisting others with their needs and creating a safe and stimulating environment for the person you support.
• A driver's license is required as the woman lives outside the city center.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication is a significant part of your work.
• Experience from similar work is meritorious but not a requirement. Who you are and your personal qualities are highly valued.

• Start date: Immediately. 
• Employment rate: Hourly employment that can become a part-time position of approximately 75%. 
• Agreement: Introductory shifts and about a month's hourly employment before the regular employment rate is assigned, provided that everything has gone well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work shifts: Days, evenings, nights, on-call, and weekends.

When employed where you work with a minor client, training on the child perspective is also included.

To ensure that we maintain high quality in the assistance, newly hired employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (about 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within a month from the start of employment.
