Your Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to menu and quality standards

Participate in the development of new dishes and menus

Ensure that presentation and taste are of the highest level

Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient service

Follow HACCP regulations and ensure that hygiene and safety standards are met

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

We are looking for someone who

Has experience as a chef, preferably from the Italian kitchen

Has good knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and flavors from Italy

Is meticulous, creative, and has an eye for detail

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has good teamwork skills

Has good knowledge of Swedish or English

Is engaged and wants to contribute to the development of both the food and the team
