In our staff restaurant, we serve meals daily to employees from all park operations, who have varying work hours and needs. Here, the focus is on good, nutritious, and well-prepared food that contributes to energy, well-being, and a great workday. We are now looking for a Sous Chef for our staff restaurant. It is a central part of Gröna Lund's daily operations and serves meals to employees working during the day, evenings, and weekends. The kitchen operates with planned menus and efficient production, along with high demands on quality, pace, and collaboration.

Who are you?

As a Sous Chef, you will be offered a varied job with great responsibility. You are a present leader in the daily operations and ensure that production, service, and work environment function well. You lead and support the team, ensure that routines are followed, and that the food maintains high quality. An important part of preserving quality is menu planning and the desire to continuously develop the restaurant. The role includes administrative tasks such as ordering and time reporting.

For this position, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and who enjoys working in a structured manner in an operation with clear flows. You have previously worked as a Sous Chef or in a similar role and are confident in your leadership. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. Restaurant education is an advantage. As the pace can be high at times, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible. You have an economic mindset in your daily work and contribute to efficient and sustainable operations. As a leader, you are a positive role model who creates engagement and well-being within the team.

More about the position

The position is a fixed-term employment with a full-time workload and extends until November, starting immediately. The working hours are largely scheduled during the day, but there may be varied working hours depending on the park's opening hours. It is important that you can work full-time for most of the period. Salary according to agreement.
