Sous Chef at Gröna Lund
Gröna Lund is a whole world of food and drink. Our restaurants have different focuses. At our restaurants, you will meet families, competitors, concert guests, all of whom have in common that they want to eat and drink something really good. Our task is to offer them at least as wonderful an experience as that in the park.

Who are you?
As a Sous Chef at Gröna Lund, you will be offered a fun and varied job as a team leader. Your main focus throughout the year will vary. During operations, you will be present at the restaurant and ensure that our guests receive good service and that your staff is happy. When the park is closed, your work will be more focused on preparing for the opening of our restaurants. The job includes some administration such as orders, inventory, and time reporting.
For this position, we are looking for someone with a great interest in food and drink who is driven by the desire to provide the best possible service to our guests. You have previously worked as a Sous Chef or in a similar responsible position and enjoy leading teams. You feel comfortable with both Swedish and English in both speech and writing and have computer skills. It is an advantage if you have completed a restaurant education. Since the pace in our restaurants can often be high, you are flexible and solution-oriented in your way of working. Furthermore, you are responsible and have an economic mindset in your daily work. As a leader, you are an inspiring role model and thrive in a responsible role.
More about the position
For this position, we are looking for stars. The positions are both fixed-term full-time employment. The positions start in early April and extend until November. It is very important that you can work full-time for most of the season. Working hours vary depending on the low or high season and are adapted to the business's opening hours, where the schedule varies between daytime, evening, and weekend work. Since we also have Christmas tables, there is a great opportunity for extension. Salary according to agreement.
