As a host/hostess at Hard Rock Cafe, you play a key role in the guest experience and the daily operations of the restaurant. You are the first and last contact for many of our guests and are responsible for creating a warm welcome, a smooth flow in the restaurant, and an atmosphere that guests will remember.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests and manage reservations
• Ensure an efficient guest flow and high service level throughout the service
• Coordinate and support the service and bar team during operations
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional atmosphere in the restaurant
• Ensure that the entrance, dining area, and service areas are always welcoming and presentable
• Be a link between guests, service, kitchen, and management for the best possible guest experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is highly service-oriented, confident in your role, and has a natural hosting ability
• Thrives with responsibility and working in a fast-paced environment
• Has good communication skills and is solution-oriented
• Has previous experience as a head waiter or in a leading service role within the restaurant industry
