The role of Key Account Manager - Partnership is part of our upcoming initiative within the Partnership team. We are looking for someone with previous sales experience and good results who is ready for the next step in their career.
About the team
You will be part of our Partnership team, which is responsible for collaboration with our external partners. A common factor among our external partners is that they contribute to Svea Solar's sales, and one of your main focuses in the role will be to attract new external partners, for whom you will also be responsible for ongoing collaboration.
The team currently consists of four people and will grow over time. The team is part of our Commercial organization.
About the role
You will be responsible for establishing and managing a new partner network consisting of local contractor companies that act as resellers of Svea Solar's products and services. As a Key Account Manager – Partnerships, you will:
- Prospect and contact potential partners across the country
- Maintain very close dialogue with our partners, with check-ins and weekly meetings both digitally and physically at their offices
- Ensure that our partners meet their sales budgets
- Be responsible for product training for our partners, in collaboration with product specialists from Svea Solar
- Work on our offerings and develop them
- Ensure that the quality of projects sold through our partners is very high
- Ensure that our partners follow Svea Solar's sales guidelines
- Act as an intermediary between Svea Solar and our partners during product updates, project follow-ups, and similar
- Ensure a good and long-term relationship with our partners
Are we a match?
We are looking for someone who…
- Has experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or sales, with experience in the solar industry being a plus. Alternatively, experience from a role where you were responsible for external partnerships/accounts.
- Can demonstrate that you have previously met set budget goals. (For example, your own sales results, that accounts you were responsible for met budget, or similar)
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
- As a person, you are good at creating structures. You know how to build good collaborations where you can stand your ground while also being trustworthy. Of course, you are results-oriented and do not rest until your goals are achieved.
- Has a B driver's license as you will need to travel to our partners across the country
