The organization is characterized by long-term thinking, entrepreneurship, and close collaboration with customers throughout the product lifecycle. In Sweden, ETAL has offices in Spånga, Stockholm, and Eslöv.

About the Position

As a technical salesperson, you will have primary responsibility for the sales of the company's customer-specific products and components. This is a key role in ETAL's continued growth as you develop relationships with both existing and new customers. Each customer-specific component is uniquely designed for each project and is then produced in one of the company's factories. Your tasks will therefore include prospecting, customer visits, administrative work, participation in trade shows, and collaboration with engineers, production staff, and internal employees at the customer's site. You will be part of a team that currently consists of salespeople in Europe and the USA, and you will report to the sales manager in Sweden.

At ETAL, you will be part of an engaged team where you can work independently but also closely collaborate with other salespeople throughout the sales cycle, where cooperation is central. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with business acumen, thereby creating value for customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Overall responsibility for the entire sales cycle from initial dialogue to approved business and delivery.
  • Connecting the customer's technical needs with ETAL's specialized solutions in magnetic components.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Acting as an advisor and point of contact for the customer.
  • Understanding and analyzing the customer's needs and requirements – both functionally and technically proposing customized product solutions in collaboration with ETAL's design and development team.

Qualifications and Characteristics

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a genuine technical interest, a solution-oriented approach, and a good ability to build long-term customer relationships. You are patient and have the ability to work with long sales cycles while building trust with the customer. You enjoy working independently as well as in close collaboration with colleagues to drive sales forward. The role involves being involved in the entire project lifecycle, from the first customer contact to delivery, where you act as the link between the customer, engineers, and production. This requires good communication skills and an eye for both technical details and business benefits. The position requires travel, primarily within Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Travel is mainly day trips, but there are approximately 2 overnight stays per month on average.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Approximately 5-10 years of experience in technical B2B sales, for example in the field of electronics, pumps, or fans.
  • Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license B.
  • Ability to travel for work.
  • Education in a technical field (preferable).

  • Salary: Fixed salary by agreement and bonus model
