The business area of fruits, vegetables & flowers is responsible for ensuring that ICA Sweden delivers a world-class fruit, vegetable, and flower offering to our ICA stores and their customers.

About the job as Sales Support Flowers

As sales support for flowers, your main task is to support ICA's stores in their flower sales. You provide assistance with routines, display & handling tips, networking, webinars, and training materials. You will be part of a strong team of both sales support staff and product managers who share responsibility for achieving the category's targets regarding store loyalty, profitability, and sales. You will also closely collaborate with other functions within the category such as purchasing, category management, marketing, and sales support for fruits and vegetables.

To succeed in this role, you are a person with strong self-leadership and great commitment and drive in everything you do. You should have the ability to plan and execute your work independently. You are used to building and maintaining strong business relationships and can navigate among many different contacts. Furthermore, you are self-motivated, inspiring, and take your own initiatives. To thrive, you also need to be outgoing and have strong communication skills.

You should have experience from similar tasks in retail or sales.

Experience from the flower and/or grocery industry is highly meritorious.

You are welcome to have worked within or together with ICA.

We would like you to have:

• Sales experience
• Experience in financial follow-up work
• Retail and industry experience, preferably within ICA
• Good experience in presenting and sharing knowledge

This position requires you to have a driver's license as the job involves a large number of store visits.
