We need another star to complete our team!
Our client is wheelchair-bound, living with her husband in a house and leading an active life. She works full-time, which means that an assistant is always with her to drive her car. Therefore, a driver's license is required for this role.
Our client has an active daily life, filled with cooking, social events, social interactions, and travels or outings.
You will assist our client with everything from daily chores, mobility, hygiene, shopping, cleaning, cooking, gardening, accompanying her on trips, training, and much more. You should be available when she is at home, working, or out on various activities.
About the Role
As an assistant, you will be her support in all aspects of daily life. You are her arms and legs. You will receive instructions regarding the client's needs verbally, which means you must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently.
Sometimes there will also be activities outside the home, so we welcome applicants who enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of her safety and joy in daily life.
As a coordinator, after you have become comfortable in your role as an assistant, you will be responsible for onboarding new colleagues, teaching structure, and being a link between the client, the team, and your employer. You will plan and manage schedule changes, sick leave notifications, and fill in for absences.
Who Are You
We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic demeanor. You are attentive, can take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are smoke-free! Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.
Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are committed and confident in your role.

Employment Rate: Full-time - 100%, working hours are weekdays 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and weekends 9 AM - 6 PM.
Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.
Start Date: According to agreement, lasting as long as the assistance assignment continues.
