We are now looking for a dedicated Solution Delivery Manager to join us at IST. As a Solution Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that our products are delivered with the highest quality and on time, which directly impacts our customers' success.

About the role

As a Solution Delivery Manager at IST, you will work to ensure that the go-to-market plan is followed within the Business Region Sweden. You will serve as an important link between the market and our product development department to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations.

The role also involves implementing effective workflows and processes, identifying and understanding customer and market needs, and communicating these to product development. You will maintain continuous contact with customers and conduct regular market analyses. You will work closely with our Regional Service Manager to ensure smooth delivery of our products.

As a Solution Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire product delivery lifecycle, from planning to execution and final delivery, in line with the overall strategy of Business Region Sweden.
• Identifying, analyzing, and minimizing risks related to product delivery.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between Business Region Sweden and IST Group.
• Translating, reviewing, writing, and publishing user-friendly product information for both internal and external users as needed.
• Monitoring and ensuring that the needs, legal requirements, and regulations for the Swedish market are communicated to IST Group.
• Managing and improving internal workflows and processes for handling product information.

About you

We are looking for someone with an academic degree or equivalent, preferably in systems analysis or project management. You have excellent communication skills and can translate complex technical information into clear and user-friendly language. You have experience working in a cross-functional environment, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry, and are fluent in both English and Swedish.

You are skilled in managing the entire product delivery lifecycle and have a strong ability to identify, analyze, and minimize risks related to product delivery. You thrive in facilitating effective communication and collaboration between different departments and have experience implementing and improving internal workflows and processes.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and possess excellent organizational and project management skills. You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on details, allowing you to manage various priorities and deadlines effectively.

Experience with documentation, publishing, and product update management tools is a plus.
