JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT technician with us in Ljungby municipality, you will work with the operation and maintenance of a Microsoft-based and standardized IT environment as well as networks.

You will work closely with system administrators and assist them as needed, managing cases in our helpdesk with a lot of customer contact. Furthermore, you will independently lead smaller IT projects, either internally within the department or in collaboration with the municipality's administrations.

You are also expected to have a broad interest in IT and be able to work with conference room equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or equivalent work experience in IT. We highly value previous experiences, knowledge, and interest in IT. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Cisco, and VMware is a merit.

You are outgoing, communicative, and unpretentious, take initiative, and collaborate well with others while delivering good service and interacting with people in a professional manner. You are quick to learn, adaptable to change, and keep yourself updated on new IT-related issues.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and a B driver's license is a requirement.
