Support Technician at Nordlo in Växjö
Nordlo in Växjö is looking for a support technician who is passionate about IT and helping customers with their technical issues. As part of our lovely support team, you will work on explaining and solving IT-related challenges for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with technical problems
- Explaining technical challenges in an understandable way
- Working with Microsoft 365, AD, account management, and phone support
Requirements:
- Passionate about IT
- Patience and joy in work
- Ability to explain technical problems in a simple way
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, and phone support
- Swedish and English proficiency in speech and writing
- Driver's license B
