On behalf of Hydroware, we are looking for a Project Manager for the implementation of a new ERP system (Monitor G5). We are looking for either someone currently working as an interim consultant or who is available for a fixed-term employment. The project starts in early February and runs throughout 2025. You will have a central position as this role is crucial to ensure a smooth transition and efficient use of the system within the company.

Initially, we do not believe that you need to work full-time, but responsibilities and workload will increase as the project progresses. We are open to discussing workload and working hours – the important thing is to find the right person for the job!

Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are expected to:

• Lead and coordinate the entire implementation process of Monitor G5

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management

• Ensure that all users receive relevant training and support to use the system effectively

• Monitor and report the project's progress to management

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with experience in similar projects. It is desirable that you have good experience with ERP systems, particularly Monitor G5. Understanding of workshop industry processes and needs is a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills are important, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience in change management and handling resistance to change is also desirable.

You have:

• Relevant higher education in engineering, IT, economics, or similar

• Fluent in Swedish and good command of English, both spoken and written
