The Role of System Technician

As a system technician at Markaryd Municipality, you will work on interesting and varied IT issues. You will develop and drive the work forward within the municipality's IT platform. Markaryd Municipality is constantly developing its IT solution, with a current focus on the Microsoft platform, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in IT, primarily working with AAD/AD, Group Policies, SCCM, and Intune. You have education in the IT field, at least at the high school level, but it is a merit if you also have education at the university level, or other education/experience that we consider equivalent. We have a strong focus on security and compliance and want you to have experience in working on development within these areas. It is considered a merit if you have previously worked with IT infrastructure and have experience in larger network environments.

We are a small and closely collaborating IT department, so it is of utmost importance that you have good teamwork skills and work well in a group with your colleagues. As a person, you have a positive attitude, are professional and engaged in your work. You are humble, self-reliant, and cooperative. Your personal qualities are just as important to us as your formal competence, which is why great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

As travel by car is required for the position, a valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
