We are looking for substitute staff at Katthammarsvik Elderly Home

As a substitute employee, you do not have a fixed working hours but will be offered shifts based on planned vacations and training for regular staff. Sometimes we need to cover for sick leave, and we appreciate if you can step in at short notice. Of course, you can also decline shifts that you are offered if you are unable to work then. The shifts are scheduled for days/evenings/weekends. Right now, we also have a need for staff for special shifts with working hours from 08:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 01:00. 

About Katthammarsvik Elderly Home

Katthammarsvik Elderly Home is located in Katthammarsvik on the eastern part of Gotland, about 50 km from Visby. We have 30 places divided into 10 dementia places and 20 somatic places. Each department has a shared kitchen and pleasant areas for socializing and meals. There is a common courtyard and several shared outdoor areas, and it is easy to get out from the departments for a walk. Each resident's apartment is about 30 square meters and equipped with a refrigerator and wardrobe. The bathroom is adapted for the disabled with a shower. Emergency alarms and motion alarms are available.  The residence is located in a rural area in Katthammarsvik, and about 100 meters away you will find a grocery store. Your experience and knowledge We would like you to have experience in elderly care, but it is not a requirement. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important.
