Tengella AB is now recruiting a country manager for business development responsible for sales and onboarding of our own customers. Tengella is an extremely fast-growing, successful, and profitable software company headquartered in central Gävle. We develop and sell a comprehensive business system, Tengella, with modules ranging from customer and project management to scheduling, payroll, and invoicing. Tengella is a leader in Sweden and has the largest market share in its niche. The company is experiencing strong growth and currently has 18 employees consisting of management, developers, salespeople, customer success, and support departments, who work closely together to maintain, further develop, and deliver our cloud-based business system.
Job Responsibilities
Tengella AB is now looking for a Finnish-speaking driven, enthusiastic, business-oriented relationship builder who is passionate about sales. You are prepared to establish our presence in a new country where you will take Tengella from start to finish and contribute to our exciting growth journey!
In the role of country manager and implementation manager for Finland, you will identify business opportunities, sell, start up, and implement Tengella with the aim of creating strong growth and achieving set goals. We expect you to have good knowledge and experience in successful sales, negotiation, business development, implementation, and training, and to be a true entrepreneurial person with strong drive, goal-oriented, and a high sense of responsibility.
You will work together with the Business Area Manager to ensure that our business system develops in the right direction in the new business area regarding local requirements, functionality, and user-friendliness. You are a strong relationship builder and passionate about customer needs from a user perspective, capable of translating these needs into functional specifications for our development department to take further technically.
The company is very well-managed, solid, and experiencing strong growth with a turnover of around 30 million SEK and a good result.
Profile
To be successful in the role of country manager and implementation manager, you have a strong sales profile where you are outgoing, persuasive, relationship-oriented, and have the ability to motivate and engage customers. You have experience negotiating and are a good communicator. As a person, you have strong drive and high energy, enjoying finding successful solutions to achieve set goals. You enjoy traveling for work and are used to finding solutions to complex problems/tasks. We expect you to be structured and take pride in completing projects and being self-sufficient, even if you seek help when needed and appreciate teamwork.
A requirement is to have documented experience in successful sales, preferably complex and value-based sales, and we see it as a strong merit if you are a regular user of business systems, but a requirement is that you have an interest in IT systems. We believe that it is business development and sales that you are passionate about, more than technology and code, as you will be highly involved in the growth journey that the company is facing. For this position, we would like you to live in the Gävle area and have fluent Finnish in both spoken and written form.
It is advantageous if you have held a role where you built something from scratch or taken an existing area to a higher level. We see that you have a “doer mentality” and value getting things done in the right order of priority to move forward.
Some travel is included in the position.
