We are looking for an experienced document controller/archivist for an exciting consulting assignment with our client. You will work in a community-building environment where most of the information is managed digitally within project activities. The role combines both operational and strategic tasks, focusing on ensuring correct and efficient management of public documents and archives.
Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain, organize, and catalog archives while ensuring that archive information is preserved digitally in a correct manner.
Develop governing and supporting documents for record-keeping and archiving, such as accounting plans, handling instructions, system inventories, archive descriptions, and archive inventories.
Support the organization in complying with applicable regulations for the management of public documents.
Receive and provide archives from completed operations and plan, catalog, and deliver documents to the regional archive.
Work closely with the project organization to develop and streamline information management processes.
Formal education in archive management or record-keeping. At least 1 year of independent work experience as a document controller or equivalent. Documented experience in registering documents in Platina from at least one previous assignment. Experience from at least one previous assignment in digital preservation of archive information.
Experience in developing processes, routines, and guidelines for record-keeping and archiving. Work according to business-based information reporting. Experience as a document controller or equivalent in construction and civil engineering projects.
The assignment is performed on-site at the client in Solna (flexible workplace in an office landscape). Parts of the work require presence in the office.
Start: As soon as possible End: December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension for 6 months Scope: 100 %
