Your new role 

We are now looking for a Service Desk Employee for our client, Group IT, with a particular focus on supporting Sorunda IT during an exciting transformation journey.

As a Service Desk Employee, you will be part of a team of five people. Your main task is to provide service and support to users within Sorunda IT, both via phone and on-site. You will work closely with Sorunda IT, which consists of eight employees, and you are an important part of ensuring that users receive quick and professional assistance with their IT-related issues. Your tasks will include 

• Managing onboarding and offboarding
• Support and service to users within Sorunda IT (e.g., troubleshooting, user administration, and permission issues)
• Managing and following up on cases in the case management system
• Handling support via phone and case management system
• Contributing to improving the user experience and ensuring high quality in support

To be successful in this role, you need

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support work
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Entra ID
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working in a larger organization undergoing change is an advantage.
