Product Manager for Collaboration Tools
The Digital Workplace unit is responsible for technical development and management regarding the client platform, technical user equipment, and ensuring that the authority has a modern, efficient, and user-friendly collaboration platform that supports our hybrid working method.

Section's Mission
The product Collaborate is in the Collaboration Tools section and is responsible for offering modern, user-friendly, efficient, and secure collaboration tools for employees at the Employment Agency. These tools should primarily meet internal collaboration needs but can also be used externally if there are no other tools that should be prioritized for certain targeted/deepened collaborations.
Job Description
- Drive change and transformation while communicating the product's vision, goals, and strategy
- Work based on agile methodologies
- Develop a product plan with prioritized effects/benefits and delivery strategy
- In dialogue with the budget-responsible manager, make forecasts, follow-ups, and financial analysis
- Main responsibility for the product's entire delivery including operation, development, and lifecycle management
- Ensure that the product complies with regulations, laws, and directives. Responsible for identifying challenges, conducting improvement work, and coordinating with other products, building blocks, and other parts of the organization that have dependencies with the product
- Follow-up on SLAs for all IT support related to the product
- Decide on the handling and possible escalation of incidents
- Continuously monitor benefits and user experience within the product
- Ensure forums for dialogue and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring that implementation and change management related to the product are carried out

Our Offer
The position is a permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The place of employment is Solna.
Basic Requirements for the Position
- Relevant university education in IT or equivalent work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent
- Experience in the implementation, launch, and/or operation of collaboration tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams within IT
- At least 3 years of experience working in IT in a large and complex organization
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Other Qualifications for the Position
- Experience in driving business-related IT projects or development initiatives from initiation to implementation and delivery
- Knowledge to administer cloud-based services, M365, SharePoint on-prem, SAAS solutions, Teams, etc.
- Experience working in a government agency, including knowledge of legislation and regulations regarding information security such as OSL, GDPR, and data transfer to third countries
- Experience in procuring IT services
- Experience working with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
