At Norlandia Preschools, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a childcare worker at our preschool Norlandia Karlsro in Uppsala. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a childcare worker
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
• You have good knowledge of the content of the curriculum and feel that you can contribute to the development of the operations together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
