Job Description

As a substitute, you will be part of the daily work and actively work to create a stimulating and developing environment where students are at the center. You are a positive role model for students in all situations. You are active and attentive, take responsibility, and are a clear leader. Together with the regular staff, you contribute to providing students with the best conditions for success in school.

As a substitute teacher, you can work as a class teacher in preschool, in lower and middle school, as well as a subject teacher in upper secondary school. There is currently a high demand for teachers in lower and middle school. Regardless of the assignment, working in the school environment means making a difference.

The Substitute Teacher Agency fills shifts digitally, which means you need access to a computer and mobile. As a substitute, you indicate which days and times you are available to work. We fill assignments that are 1-14 days long, and we would like you to work at least 1 day a week on average.

Qualifications

For the primary school's Substitute Teacher Agency, we are primarily looking for you who are a qualified teacher or a teacher student. We value experience from teaching and working with children and youth. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the job. As a person, you have good pedagogical ability and an understanding of people's different conditions for absorbing knowledge. You lead, motivate, coordinate, and become a reference point for others while creating engagement and participation. It is important that you take initiative and start activities to achieve results. You are a flexible person who has the ability to see opportunities in changes.
