WHAT
We are looking for someone who wants to work in our sampling units. You will be in a social and fast-paced environment with a lot of patient contact. If you are looking for a job where you gain significant experience in a lab environment while also handling patients, this is the right role for you! The work involves receiving patients, preparing them for sampling, and taking samples.

The role of Nursing Assistant with us is independent, where you are our face to the outside world and have an incredibly important task in meeting our patients. You will work in the department of clinical chemistry at our sampling unit at Carlanderska Hospital, but also to some extent at the Almedal sampling unit. We invest in individual competence development and want our employees to have a broad competence and be able to handle various tasks to create strong teams. Therefore, teamwork and a good collaborative climate are important to us.

Experience in sampling is an advantage. The position is a permanent employment that comprises 100% daytime work with a start date according to agreement. We apply a probationary period. WHERE
The position is located at Carlanderska Hospital and at our Almedal sampling unit. The operation at Carlanderska Hospital is part of Laboratory Medicine Västra Götaland, which has just over 150 employees. In addition to Carlanderska Hospital, Clinical Chemistry, Clinical Microbiology, Clinical Molecular Biology, and Transfusion Medicine at Skaraborg Hospital in Skövde, Falköping, and Lidköping are included. Our daily operations are conducted with short decision-making paths and team spirit as an important foundation, good cohesion, and a high level of job satisfaction.
