You will be the customer's trusted partner, ensuring that their solutions work optimally over time. Through regular contact, you will ensure satisfaction and discover new needs – all with the goal of creating strong and long-term collaborations.

About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring that our existing business customers get maximum value from our services. You will do this by:

• Regularly contacting customers to follow up on their experience and needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting relevant additional services
• Collaborating with our salespeople, technicians, and specialists
• Being a key person in reducing churn and increasing customer loyalty

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has experience in customer contact, preferably within B2B or support/sales
• Enjoys taking responsibility and proactively driving customer relationships forward
• Thrives in a role where you can combine service and business acumen
