Our employees are our greatest asset, and we are now looking for a Talent & Growth Partner to strengthen our team in Vallentuna.

About the role As our Talent & Growth Partner, you will play a key role in driving both our staffing and our future growth. You will be responsible for seeking and attracting the right people to our teams – focusing on search, recruitment, and employer branding – but also be our social face outward to create new business opportunities. You have the gift of gab, love networking, and gain energy from making calls, booking meetings, and making first contact – whether it’s about a candidate or a potential partner. Your main responsibilities: Recruitment & HR (~50%) • Identify, search, and attract new technicians, salespeople, and other key personnel • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates • Handle simpler HR issues and onboard new employees • Develop our processes for employer branding and candidate experience Business Development & Sales (~50%) • Initiate contact with potential partners and new channels • Schedule and conduct initial sales meetings together with our management • Keep track of industry trends and suggest new ways to grow • Be a communicative bridge between recruitment and business development We believe you are: • Really good at search – LinkedIn is your hunting ground • A natural relationship builder who enjoys talking to new people • Fearless, self-driven, and used to working towards goals • Driven by results – both in filling roles and opening doors • You have probably worked with recruitment or sales for 2–5 years What we offer: • A flexible and fun role with a lot of responsibility • The opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey • Support from an experienced team – both in recruitment and business development • Workplace in Vallentuna, Stockholm County

Employment type: The position is a full-time position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
