We are now looking for someone with solid experience in working with AML independently and in a qualitative manner, where you have analyzed, evaluated, and presented solutions in your daily work. You are a meticulous team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and is eager to take on a leadership role.

About the position You will belong to the Payments business area, which provides payment and financing solutions in both e-commerce and physical trade. In this role, you will manage the entire flow related to AML/CTF and KYC for the business area. In addition, you will contribute to the development and improvement of processes and routines, participate in projects, and are expected to support your colleagues in the team by sharing your knowledge, discussing questions, and providing ideas on how the work can be developed. It also includes supporting your colleagues who work in other departments within the business area related to these issues and representing the business area in the bank's common forums. Your tasks will include:

• Updating, collecting, and analyzing KYC data
• Acting on AML/CTF-related alarms and deviations
• Internal reporting
• Reporting suspicious behavior/transactions to the Financial Police
• Establishing and managing business area-specific documentation according to the company's overarching policies
• Monitoring the external environment and bringing new knowledge back into the organization

Experience & qualifications

• At least 3 years of documented experience in qualitative AML work within the finance/payment solutions industry
• Very good knowledge of customer awareness
• Experience in investigation and reporting of specific corporate clients/B2B
• Experience or interest in leading a group is highly meritorious
• Experience in process development is meritorious
• Fluent in Swedish, very good knowledge of English
