As a regional manager at Glitter, you step into a key role where you help both people and businesses grow. You lead your store managers with energy and business focus, creating conditions for each store to reach its full potential. What does the role entail?

As the regional manager for Region East, based in Stockholm, you have overall responsibility for the stores' results, development, and work environment. You coach the store managers in their leadership so that every customer is met with a unique and memorable experience in each store.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are met, following up on results, analyzing figures and data, and transforming insights into concrete activities and actions
• Being responsible for the region's budget and results
• Coaching and developing store managers in their leadership, sales work, and ability to create the market's best customer experience
• Inspiring and motivating the team in the pursuit of continuous improvements and growth
• Ensuring that concepts, routines, and campaigns are followed in-store
• Recruiting and onboarding new store managers and holding regular goal and development conversations
• Driving workplace environment issues and creating a safe, inclusive, and developing workplace for all employees

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have a strong commitment to sales, customer experience, and developing employees
• Have strong business acumen and a clear drive to create results
• Have several years of leadership experience, preferably leading other managers and remotely
• Are a good communicator with integrity, structure, and energy
• Are an inspiring leader with the ability to coach both new and experienced store managers

We prefer that you have relevant education and documented experience from retail and sales, where you have demonstrated strong results.
