We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant with extensive experience in executive recruitment. You will have full responsibility for leading a competency-based recruitment process from start to finish – with the goal of appointing a new Department Head in Construction and Technology for a large public organization in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities include:

• Development of the requirement profile (in consultation with the client)

• Advertising & search

• Selection and implementation of psychological tests

• Interviews with candidates

• Reference checks

• Ongoing reporting during the process

• Final presentation of candidates (conducted physically or digitally)

The client only meets the final candidates – the rest is handled by you.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-sufficient and confident recruitment professional with:

Documented experience in complex executive recruitment Ability to work structured, transparently, and efficiently Familiarity with psychological testing tools A university degree in HR or recruitment.

Location: Remote or on-site in Stockholm Period: September 1 – December 31, 2025 Scope: approximately 65–80 hours Application deadline: August 17, 2025

About compensation and pricing model: This is a fixed-price assignment. You as the applicant will specify a total price for the entire assignment in your offer. The price proposal will form the basis for allocation and invoicing.

Invoicing will occur in three parts: • 25% upon publication of the advertisement • 25% upon presentation of candidates • 50% upon signing of the employment contract
