About the Position

We are now looking for someone with experience in the construction industry who is curious about stepping into a role with more business and customer focus. You do not need to be a finished salesperson – the most important thing is that you have an understanding of the industry's needs and processes and enjoy building relationships, listening to customer challenges, and finding solutions.

As a Sales Executive, you will be a central part of Tribia's growth in the Swedish market. With support from an experienced team and a thorough onboarding process, you will grow into an advisory sales role where your industry expertise is a significant asset.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Engage in dialogues with customers about their challenges and needs in projects.
  • Show how Tribia's solutions create tangible benefits in construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Represent Tribia in customer meetings, networks, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, technology, and support.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with practical experience in the construction industry, such as a project manager, contractor, BIM/information coordinator, or consultant. Perhaps you have already participated in meetings where you explained solutions, analyzed needs, and helped the customer make decisions – that is also a form of sales. To ensure you have the best possible conditions in your role, you will go through a thorough onboarding process. You will get to know Tribia's products and services in depth and also have the opportunity to visit the headquarters in Norway. There, you will meet product owners, management, and the support team, which will provide you with a strong foundation for succeeding in your new role. Qualifications and Attributes

We believe you are a person driven by creating results, building relationships, and working in teams. Your commitment and curiosity are just as important as your experience.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Documented experience from the construction and infrastructure industry – e.g., from roles such as contractor, project manager, consultant, supplier, or another related function.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or other solution sales.
  • The ability to work proactively and in a structured manner, along with a strong desire to develop.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition, combined with a willingness to contribute to the group's successes.
