We are looking for a dedicated Bread Manager!

Are you driven, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an outgoing and proactive person to take our bread department to new heights.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that the product range is adapted to local customer needs throughout the week and store opening hours through close dialogue with customers and staff, as well as monitoring sales data.
• Be responsible for inspiring, flexible, and attractive product displays during all opening hours.
• Planning, preparation, and ordering of goods for efficient operations.
• Be responsible for cleaning the department and maintaining the baking ovens.
• Stay updated on news and trends, and dare to test new products for a modern department.
• Convey the department's offerings and feel digitally via social media.
• Provide continuous feedback to employees and report improvement measures to the nearest manager.
• Constant optimization of operations to achieve set goals and key performance indicators.

• Is an effective doer who enjoys a fast pace and rolling up their sleeves.
• Is meticulous and follows routines and manuals.

• Is food-interested and has a sense of quality and presentation.
• Experience from bake-off/bakery, retail, or similar is an advantage.
