About the role

As a Quality Technician at Wulkan, you will be a central part of ensuring and developing the company's quality work. The role involves working with quality controls, incoming inspections, and calibration of measuring equipment. You will handle customer and supplier complaints, update control instructions, and compile PPAP for the group.

The work also includes:

• Driving improvement processes to enhance quality outcomes
• Participating in and conducting internal audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 16949
• Following up and reporting the department's goals and progress
• Being the contact person for customers and suppliers on quality issues
• Conducting material purchases
• Registering orders and setting up and updating items for production

You will also act as a backup for the quality department at Mattsson's when needed. The role is varied and requires a person who is solution-oriented and enjoys both practical and administrative work.

About you

We are looking for a structured and driven person with experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 14001/16949. Experience in complaint handling, measurement technology, and calibration is an advantage.

To thrive in the role, you should be communicative, meticulous, and have presence in your work. You have the ability to create good relationships internally and externally, as well as to make decisions that contribute to stable quality processes.
