We at Vår Omtanke are now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Solna! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

Our client is a lovely, caring, kind 70-year-old woman and due to her disability, she needs your support and service to manage her daily life.

The work is varied and includes everything from personal care, transfers, and home maintenance such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, laundry, or accompanying the client to various errands. Experience in healthcare is an advantage, but not a requirement. Personal suitability is crucial.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a must, as good communication is essential for collaboration to work.

Who are you?

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation and be very attentive. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the whole client's needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a good attitude.

You should be smoke-free and relatively strong with good physical condition. The position also involves lifting and physical tasks.

Working hours and employment rate:

The working hours are distributed over all hours of the day and all days of the week, with some double assistance, and we are looking for someone who can work about 2 night shifts (waiting/on-call) and step in as needed.

The position is approximately 20%.
