We are looking for a part-time sales associate for our Kavat Store in Malmö. Are you a person who is passionate about sustainability, quality, and loves meeting people, both big and small? Then you might be just who we need!

We love quality. We love design. And we love how our shoes age over time. Kavat was founded eighty years ago by Ragnar Karlsson – guided by the words "Walk Carefully On Mother Nature". The team in Malmö is a cheerful and wonderful group with a high ceiling and a shared love for coffee breaks! We work hard to provide the best service to our customers. We do this, among other things, by giving you as staff thorough training about our products so that you can feel confident in your role and ensure that our customers always feel satisfied with their purchase. We have close collaboration with our other stores across Sweden as well as with our head office in Kumla. This means you will have more lovely colleagues to exchange knowledge with.  

As a salesperson at Kavat, you will: Provide customers with world-class service and interaction.

Work with goal-oriented service and retail sales.

Unpack and label products.

Rearrange displays in the store. 

Who are you?

As a person, you are passionate about sustainability, quality, and love meeting people, both big and small. You are a driven salesperson who is eager to create a pleasant interaction and build long-term customer relationships. You help both children and adults find the right shoes. You are flexible, social, and solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing to change and development.

You have experience in sales within the fashion industry, preferably with a focus on shoes and retail sales. The position mainly involves weekend work, but we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to step in when needed – even during weekdays.
