About the role

As a TAM, you will have overall technical responsibility for a number of our customers. In collaboration with the account manager and your customer team, you will proactively drive the customer's digital development, where close dialogue and responsive collaboration with customers is what allows both the relationship and solutions to grow over time. You will jointly be responsible for ensuring that customers' IT environments are not only maintained but also further developed, always with the goal of creating the best possible conditions for the customer's business and growth.

You will, among other things:

• Act as a technical sounding board and advisor in the customer's IT environments
• Conduct strategic and operational meetings with the customer
• Lead and coordinate projects together with the technical team
• Plan, execute, and follow up on delivery and development meetings
• Work proactively to develop and maintain the customer long-term

We are looking for someone who...

Is a technical expert who thrives in close conversations with the customer. With a strong understanding of IT environments and a sensitivity to the customer's needs, you find solutions that not only meet current challenges but also strengthen the customer's business in the long term. You are willing to take responsibility, appreciate working with others, and have strong self-leadership. You see what needs to be done, step forward when needed, and drive things to completion with both commitment and drive. You replace 'that's how we've always done it' with 'look at what we can do'; for us, operations is a verb that means continuous improvement - doesn't that sound like you?

• Approximately 5 years of experience as an IT technician and/or TAM
• Good knowledge of IT environments such as: Traditional IT operations, Cloud solutions like Microsoft 365, and network communication
• Post-secondary education in technology/IT or equivalent experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English
