About the Company
Debe Flow Group consists of a group of companies that are leaders in their respective fields. The companies are currently active in water, geoenergy, contracting, and other sustainable heating solutions. Since 1956, we have established ourselves as a market-leading company in the Nordic market and in other parts of Europe and the world. Our headquarters is in Stockholm, and we also operate in Växjö, Borås, and Marbäck. In total, we have around 200 employees in the group, of which approximately 140 work in Sweden.

We are now looking for a skilled field salesperson in the area of water distribution and geoenergy who wants to join us on our continued growth journey. This area is a very important business segment for the group with a wide range of products, from geoenergy products and drilling products to various types of pumps.
About the Position
As a field salesperson, you will be part of a team of four salespeople based in Stockholm, Växjö, and Borås. The group works with customers all over Sweden, and as a field salesperson, you will be responsible for managing customers in your district. The sales work is highly relationship-based, and you will work with both existing and new customers. The customers include both wholesale companies and drilling companies, and you will sell products from several of Debe's other business areas and subsidiaries. It is important in this role to be close to the market and spend a lot of time in the field. Travel is required, approximately 10 overnight stays per month.
Qualifications and Characteristics
We are looking for candidates for the field salesperson position who have a strong technical interest and preferably experience from the industry. You likely have had a similar role as a field salesperson in the past and thrive when you can be out meeting your customers. A driver's license (B) and very good knowledge of Swedish and English are required.
As a person, you have a strong drive and enjoy working towards goals, both at the group level and individually. You have a solution-oriented mindset and care about the people around you. Since you will have a lot of customer contact in this role, you are unafraid to reach out to new people and gain energy from social situations. In this recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
