What does the job entail?

As a customer service representative, you will be the company's voice to the outside world, the person customers turn to for help and guidance. You will answer questions, solve problems, and make people feel satisfied and secure. No previous experience is required – we will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in the role on-site!

We are looking for you who:

• Wants to work full-time and is available from June. 
• Is eager to work with people and enjoys helping others
• Has a complete high school diploma
• Is curious, positive, and sees opportunities where others see problems
• Is at least 18 years old and can work full-time
• Can communicate well in Swedish and English

The positions are 80-100% and you will work varying hours within customer service opening hours, including weekends. A background check will be conducted before employment.
