About the role: As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for Swedish customers. Your mission is to ensure they have the best possible experience by:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Answering questions about products, services, and technical issues
• Ensuring quick and effective solutions
• Creating a positive customer experience and providing professional service

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
• Has good knowledge of English (training is conducted in English)
• Has strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Is service-oriented and solution-focused
• Has basic IT skills

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will ensure you are well prepared!
