Do you dream of the beautiful landscapes and relaxed lifestyle of Greece?

Do you want to work for a global company in Athens and manage their Swedish customer service? Then we have the job for you.

Our client has half a million employees across Europe and three different offices in Greece's capital, Athens. They provide customer service for some of the world's largest brands such as Philips, Apple, and Microsoft. We are looking for someone with experience in service and handling customers in various contexts; you should be independent and driven to do your very best every day at work. Here you will receive thorough training in product knowledge, customer service, technology, and invoicing during the first 4 weeks. After that, you will answer questions and inquiries from Swedish customers via phone, email, and chat.

Working in customer service means you will have many different tasks and customer interactions every day. It is a varied job where you always have a customer to help or an issue to resolve. Therefore, it is required that you are a natural problem solver and have a positive attitude.

Living in Greece's capital means having the opportunity to take a mini-vacation every weekend. From the port of Piraeus, you can hop on boats to all the Greek islands, costing no more than a few euros. The boats run year-round, and during the low season, it is even cheaper to explore the country when you have time off from work. Greece has a very good climate with little rain compared to the rest of Southern Europe. If you're lucky, it can be 25 degrees and sunny on Christmas Eve! It is no coincidence that Athens is listed as one of the most popular destinations in Europe.

There are lovely restaurants and bars, large cultural venues of world-class, and an art culture of creativity and history.

The working hours are 40 hours per week.
