We are now looking for an Account Manager to be based at our headquarters in Kista, for our Large Enterprise North department, which is responsible for sales to larger companies in Sweden.

What does the role entail?

  • As an Account Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for your customers and your budget.
  • Your responsibilities include developing and nurturing existing customer relationships and continuously prospecting new customers.
  • Responsibility for monitoring KPIs, churn, and ensuring that existing customers are renegotiated.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning important meetings with existing customers to nurture the existing relationship.
  • You will be our representative to your customers, but at the same time, you will have strong support from several key internal support functions.
  • You will internally drive the team set up for each customer.
  • You will work together with the sales manager to be responsible for current procurements in the area.

You are the right person for us if you have:

  • A strong commitment and drive to help our customers.
  • An analytical ability and are solution-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish/English in both spoken and written form.
  • Experience working with your own budget and sales targets.
  • Documented good sales results in similar role(s).

We are looking for someone with good communication skills who is adept at creating new contacts and long-term relationships. You are socially competent and responsive to our customers, while also enjoying working towards the company's set goals. We believe you enjoy working in teams and are responsible and trustworthy. Furthermore, we would like you to have a good analytical ability and can effectively prioritize the needs of the business.

It is a plus if you have:

  • Extensive experience in sales within the telecom industry.
  • Experience in sales or other work involving close customer contact.
  • Experience working with your own budget.
  • A good understanding of business acumen and the importance of the economic and legal implications of decisions.
  • Experience and a strong interest in ICT and telecommunications.
  • A good ability to see how technology can create opportunities and business benefits for our customers.
  • Knowledge of digital sales support systems and digital tools.
