About the job - Your responsibilities:

Customer service and technical support for world-renowned brands

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions

Update systems and document customer inquiries

Ensure a positive customer experience and professional service

Work towards goals and KPIs in a structured workday

Who are we looking for?

Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)

Good knowledge of English - as training is conducted in English

Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

Basic IT understanding - you are used to using a computer

Solution-oriented and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and in a team

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage (but not a requirement!)
