In the position of care assistant, you will work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure everyone can live life to the fullest. This can involve chatting, playing games, going on outings, or finding fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who wants a part-time job, for example, if you are studying. The position is based on every other weekend, and there is an opportunity to work weekdays if needed.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a care assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• A driving license or/and the ability to cycle

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in home care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building positive relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police records. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
