Bergmans group home is a residence with a special focus on individuals with dementia. At Bergmans, staff is available around the clock to meet the needs of those with dementia, providing special care and support. We work from a salutogenic perspective, focusing on the healthy aspects. The goal is to strengthen and utilize the residents' own resources and to work individually so that life feels meaningful and secure. The operation is based on the residents' participation in everyday life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist residents with the care and support they need in accordance with the operation's mission and applicable legislation. QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have relevant education, experience, and interest in working with individuals with dementia, as well as a strong willingness to acquire new knowledge and participate in the development of elderly care. Personal qualities are highly valued.

You should have a genuine interest in working with people, possess good collaboration skills, and be able to work independently, be creative, attentive, and responsible. Furthermore, we expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language and computer skills.
