Community Nurse

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of an HSL team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. In Hylte municipality, as a nurse, you will meet patients in both home care and special housing.The work is varied with typical nursing tasks within HSL, e.g., medication management, wound care, injections, dialysis, infusions, management of central lines, end-of-life care, etc.

You will plan, organize, and follow up on care and work for good health and medical care based on the patient's needs. You will delegate and provide support and guidance to the nursing staff.
