About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Hovshaga, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products in the areas of medicine and health.

The pharmacy is located in Hovshaga in Växjö. We are a new, small pharmacy located just a stone's throw from the health center. We are four colleagues with different areas of responsibility, and our pharmacists also work with order preparation for Apoteket's e-commerce.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and help us achieve success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience in advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You keep yourself updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
