Responsibilities

• Support in the development and improvement of our AI chatbot to optimize the customer experience.
• Drive our technical development in customer service to create a smoother and more efficient customer journey.
• Assist with administration in our systems and ensure that processes run seamlessly.
• Manage, analyze, and visualize data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
• Follow up on error cases with our system providers and contribute to implementing solutions.
• Project management.

We are looking for someone who

• Is studying at a university or college in a relevant field such as IT, computer science, systems science, or equivalent.
• Has a genuine interest in AI, digitalization, project management, and technology.
• Is analytical and solution-oriented with an eye for detail.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys collaborating in a team.
• Is self-driven and takes initiative to move projects forward.
