About the role

As a consultant with us at Future People, you will support a UX team, the marketing department, and several development teams with graphic design in both strategic and operational aspects. The assignment mainly involves work related to the client's established design system for their two main brands, but you will also handle graphic material for sub-brands with their own visual expressions.

The work is conducted agile according to Kanban, and you will collaborate cross-functionally with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence.

• Ensure that the design system adheres to the guidelines for the client's brands
• Develop graphic components and design sketches for both main and sub-brands
• Simplify graphic expressions and contribute to increased consistency
• Support UI designers in design decisions and implementation
• Create prototypes and mockups and analyze the use of the design system
• Contribute to the transition from older graphic expressions to a more cohesive brand

Requirements for the position:

• At least 5 years of experience in translating brand guidelines into graphic design for digital services
• At least 5 years of experience in brand-building communication within public operations
• At least 5 years of experience in User Interaction Design (UID)
• At least 3 years of experience in accessibility-compliant design according to WCAG 2.2/2.1
• At least 3 years of experience working in Figma
• At least 2 years of experience building design systems with reusable components
• Experience working agile in cross-functional teams

Three (3) visual prototypes/mockups will be requested, showing the design journey from brief to finished digital service.
